Right now I lead product at Subaio, which is an embedded fintech solution for banks, helping customers deal with their subscriptions.

Previously I was a Group Product Manager Storytel (Direct to consumer audiobook streaming), leading the Monetization domain. We created monetization/billing/payment infrastructure for 2.1 million customers.

Before that, I was a Group Product Manager at Pleo (B2B business expense solution in FinTech) with a focus on billing, pricing model innovation, and customer support agent experience.

My past experience includes expertise in designing and building a highly parallelized relational database management systems at SQream, enterprise data analytics, and communication systems.

How I like working

  1. I don’t take myself too seriously. Lots of emojis and jokes make working fun.
  2. Exception to the above rule: I will do my best to avoid business lingo and I’ll make fun of you if you use it too much 🫡.
  3. Not a big fan of OKRs – strongly prefer NCTs. However, if you do like OKRs – here’s how I run those workshops.
  4. I always evaluate what’s the right product to use in the context – be it home-built or 3rd party. I’m not a loyalist to anything.
  5. All documentation is open to the entire company, always. I don’t do private documents. If it’s in Notion, even better 😉
  6. I trust that you know what you’re doing, and I expect the same treatment back.
  7. I praise in public, even for the little things.
  8. I always prioritize doing what’s right for my customers (internal and external). And yes, internal customers are customers.
  9. My team is the most important thing, and I will die on that hill.
